I imagine a fire sprite as a tiny little creature with wild dark hair and little fiery sparks coming of it, tiny bright wings (but not fairy ones, far brighter and more spiky) and leetle sharp teeth.
Pele is easy, she is a wild gypsy queen. Flash is difficult, on the one hand she could be like a manga cartoon character, big shoes and massive eyes. Or she could be a dark evil queen with her hair slicked back and her fingernails done bright red.
Charles is a gnome.
Puk is a Hobbit (just look at his feet)
