You know Cass, I have noticed a trend of late, before I see you my mood sucks, when I get that PM from you my mood goes throught the roof, and inevitably when you leave it sinks down to the sub levels.

Thanks for hanging out with me all night you really helped my duty go by.

ahh, soooo nice to just lay into one of your deep chaises, Cassie, & just relax for once in a very long while. i went out for the first time yesterday in a month, and spent not just the Earthdance time til 7 PM, even 2 hours away, but came home around 3 AM, i think, after some new friends burned a bit in a cul-de-sac. wonderful, now exhausted, soooo enjoying this warm crowd in your parlor.

may i? (* pour myself a nice warm bowl of French roast café au lait, almost half milk, some sugar & drink it from the bowl as I did at Colette's in Sceaux years ago * smile & close eyes dreamily present in present warm parlor among warm friends *)

molten cheers,

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

and eat some really really good shortbread for me, something you can't buy in stores; Walkers' is wonderful, but have something local, crumbly with sugar still half-crystal, oh, have 3 or 4 different kinds of shortbread, and of course a good haggis.

bon appetit,

it was lovely to meet you at the weekend and get to play with you cass!

i must apologise for being *very* sideways when you arrived at fairy palace - i had a radiohead/k thing going on and didn't expect people to turn up while i was so heavily under an anaesthetic :/ luckily you stuck around long enough for me to recover and talk some kind of sense again

hopefully i'll see ya tonight at spitz before you leave us all in sunny england but if not i wish you safe travels for your year-long jaunt - i'm sure you can't go far wrong relying on HOPpers to take care of you.
