Posted: Cant actually turn a btb weave with poi but found out today it is incredibly staisfying with the single staff. certainly losens thoes shoulders up...

backwards btb hand crosses above
forwards btb hand crosses below (opposite of normal weave)

Posted: very nifty move indeed Nix, and incredibly simple, also very helpful in learning btb, like rowing a kayka behind your back with an extra half rotation thrown in... (i think)
