ah anytime man...:Pyou corrected my double quad i was thinking i was doing double quad windmill that day but i was doing 3 beats.. now i can do the double quad like it should be... Lets keep practicing toguether tho.. i learn faster that way dont ya think?

my abs look pretty good from doing all the poi in general. i have actually been wanting to do poi with a set of weights on the end. confident enough not to hit myself too bad. now that you two are here i am going to ask you one last time. where in panama are you two? i used to live there.
