well.... to start with im not sure ive posted this in the right place. ok my question, do you spin super fast or super slow or something in the middle? whats best? i tend to go slow, so i dont get knackerd, if im spinnning in front of people i tend to go a little faster though, but not to fast as when i go really fast i allways end up tangled up.
