Playpoi on YouTube was how I learned 90% of my moves when I started, The other 10% was a mix of drexfactor poi's YouTube and my own random experiments and flailings.

Bought on a whim
"I'd never had an interest in flag poi, but added them to my order purely on a whim. As soon as I spun them I wished I had bought them years ago! They look awesome! They handle amazingly well! And they draw attention even more than Traditional poi (An important point for those of us who busk with flow arts). I was especially impressed with how well they handle orbitals and airwraps, their weighting and balance makes those moves effortless. Spread your wings and flow!"

Bought on a whim

Starter set you'll keep
"Durable, Excellent grip on both the handsticks and the flowerstick. Balanced perfectly. Spins are effortless and I always feel like I'm in control, there's no sense of it getting ahead of your hands and having to catch up. Great set to learn on, but quality enough to keep learning on through your flow arts journey"

Loooong spins
"Good spinning plate, Durable, sturdy, balanced very well. Stick is good, comfortable to grip... just a little more flexible than I prefer (Not downing it, I'm just used to a more rigid stick) I'd definitely recommend this to beginners and pros alike."

"I am extremely happy with these, The LED poi look amazing! I've gotten some great pics with them, the fire poi have great weight and balance to them, looong burn time too. Don't be fooled into thinking this is some sub -par quality beginners set you'll quickly break or move past... I'd gladly spin either of these during my performances. I love them."
