i got live chat tech support!!!
"when one of my glow-balls stopped working b/c the battery cover got too messed up i got on this site in the middle of the night (here in the US from where i write) and there was a support person online - the chat support actually works!!! she was incredibly friendly and helpful and they sent me some replacement battery covers w/in a couple days. amazing."

"I was recently introduced to spinning poi by a friend. I placed an order for a set of beginner poi with two different companies. It is the Home of Poi that will be my first choice for future orders. The shipment to the US was fast (from order date to product in hand was only 5 days and the cost of shipping was much lower than what I paid to the US supplier. The product was of superior quality. Most importantly I felt valued as a customer."

The products came to me well-packaged and in tact and I am very happy with them. I was constantly in the loop about the exact status of my order via email updates and I am so impressed with the quality and dedication of HoP's service. I could have ordered the products from a distributor in North America but I doubt it would have gotten here any quicker and it certainly wasn't any cheaper than ordering from HoP. From the first order I ever made (the free safety DVD) I have always had a lot of goodwill towards HoP and been very impressed with them. I will always recommend them to others. Thank you. Please keep up the excellent work."

I mis-ordered and got my LED poi without cords and they made every effort to get the cords to me asap once I put the new order in even though the order was delayed (from my end). I couldn't be happier! When its time to play with fire- this is the only place I'd order from."
