"Follow-up via email and online shipping tracking made me feel confident in my purchase knowing full-well that I could cancel any time. Having bought from Home of Poi before i realized this second time that they ship well before their guaranteed date giving me more time to enjoy my order. The only complaint is a small one: the phone number provided on Homeofpoi.com's website Contact Us tab went through but out of the 5 times i called all different times of day I only had a constant ringing phone. Much Thanks!"

"i love them! they're fabulous for wraps. i have noticed though they get holes quickly if you're playing inside and you accidentally hit the ceiling because they are so incredibly stretchy. i'm learning how to do orbitals and air wraps and they're more than great to use!!! they are quite bouncy and i love it!!! i do believe i need to cut the nubbins off my light balls because that seems to be starting holes as well. LOVE THEM!!!!!!"

"I was delighted with the 'homeofpoi' delivery service and can find little fault in it. I recieved my order on the exact day that had been advised and that was a delivery to ireland. There were regular updates regarding my order and contact details for any queries. The products were better than i had expected and i would recommend the LED poi to anyone who wants a good light show while working towards one with fire. only downside is the number of batteries per LED poi (3 small watch batteries) and the battery connection on one of the sets that i had bought wasn't perfect though I suppose i could have sent them back. Overall excellent service that I will certainly use again.****"
