My first and favorite.
"I first ordered a pair of sock POI from home of poi back in 2008. They're superb with communication back and forth via email and it makes me feel comfortable knowing when my package ships. Their prices are great and the benefits are amazing. I just thought tonight about how awesome it is that they include batteries whenever you buy poi off them. Keep being incredible. "We found that the selection offered by this company was far greater than we could get here in the UK. Prices are very good which made it worth while paying the import tax on our items. Despite the distance involved our package arrived in pretty quick time, despite having to await the card to allow us to pay customs at this end, the company clearly get orders despatched quickly. Everything arrived in good order having been packed appropriately for such a long journey. Would definitely use them again"

"When one of my LED juggling balls stopped working after about 8 months, I emailed support and got a VERY quick reply. Sam was super helpful in troubleshooting with me, and when we discovered it must be an internal problem, was quick to offer a free replacement. My only wish is that they would have allowed me to add more to my order since the ball was being sent anyway. But overall, responses were extremely quick and friendly and the team was very understanding."
