"My local hardware stores don't stock quicklinks in this size and the ones they do have are only threaded on one side; that these are threaded on both makes it more secure. After a week of spinning dry only one time did one become unsecured so as with all equipment always check to make sure it's tight before and after each burn."

"I've bought quicklinks from other places before but the stainless steel ones here are simply the best! Had them for a bit now and they still look pretty new. The lustre of the metal doesnt appear to have faded at all. Have yet to use them with fire though. There are rarely issues with them coming undone (unlike some other quicklinks where you have to check them every few minutes) and once tightened - they stay tightened! No need to fear a poi head coming off. Great product."

The only complaint I have is that the opening is a little small for the loops on crystal cases for Flowlights. However the cases are flexible enough that you can work them through so it's not a deal breaker. They definitely make changing lights/batteries much quicker than retying knots every time."

"These quicklinks twist in such a way that when they are fully tightened they do not come undone very easily. This makes them very safe for use with fire toys. However in comparison to the stainless steel variatio they feel a little flimsier. Don't get me wrong they are strong enough and they are bettered only by their stainless steel counterparts. Along with 6 of these links I also purchased a pair of intermediate 65mm fire heads to modify my poi into double headers and it was very easy to do so thanks to the quality of the products. I was told they would arrive on the 1st of September but on the 24th of August just over a week early they arrived...much to my delight. As always with HoP: Excellent quality matched only by brilliant service."
