"These were probably the best purchase I could have made as a newbie poi spinner. The fuzzy poi are a great attention getter and they don't hurt much at all when you get hit. I was amazed at the quality; these things have stood up to ALL my blunders while spinning including being thrown a good distance and they're still in prime condition. Plus the poi are very fun to use and have a great weight to them. My only complaints would be that the color looked very different online (I got the Furple ones) the cords aren't really good for wraps or orbitals and they tend to tangle a bit. But otherwise they are easy to use fun and make a great first set of poi for first-time poi spinners."

I HAD TO SPIN THEM! and boy when i did i didnt stop for an HOUR! "I love my fluffy poi. They're like 2 cute little tribbles! But seriously they are fluffy--so when they hit you they don't hurt much. Also the handles are comfortable--each handle has 2 parts--each part fits on the first finger or the second. The cords are adjustable--although I haven't needed to adjust mine. I play with them sometimes in the house as outside is starting to get cold--it is harder not to hit stuff in the house--and I don't recommend it--but I do it anyway. Also if you buy them buy a different color for a friend--so you can practice together--it's more fun that way. And the pink poi look slightly orange under black light--if you want ones to really show up under black light--I recommend a lighter color one--like maybe the white ones. I am not real happy with the black light feature on mine--but really that is only a small disappointment. If I buy any more--I'll pick a different color. It is really true--their service is great! Got my poi order a week early!!"

I offered a set to a little 5 year old in China who just loved them and his parents were assured that they are so soft he will never hurt himself if they hit him. They are ideal for very beginners but also perfect for more advanced spinners! In China those who tried them and kept on getting hit told me these poi set can even be used for massage!!! By swinging them across our bodies to our backs either from over the shoulder or under the arms the poi that hits our backs really feels good! Trying it out was so much fun :) Now they tend to lose a bit too much hair so it's good to keep them in the bag they come with when you're packing them in your stuff. And expect the color to be just a little darker or flashier than the picture that is shown. But apart from these minor details these fluff balls are my favorite!"
