"The snakes are pretty cool they make an interesting effect. At first I thought they didn't make a bright fan all the way through when I spun but I did it more slowly and got the glow I was going for. Also they take a lot of extra work over my ordinary smaller poi to shake off the excess fuel. Overall some extra labor involved but DEFINITELY worth having."

These are just SICK!!!
"Okay first the gripes: They're impossible to get all the fuel off before lighting them (I spun off like CRAZY) so make sure you have enough room for firey drops of fuel to go flying off for the first 2-3 minutes. Overall these things are INSANE!!! Huge circles and a weight and glow that commands awe from the watchers. It was like rediscovering poi all over again. When spinning the lit wicks look like they're the size of bowling balls."

oh my god these are awesome
"WoW HOP you must be doing something right i couldnt beleive that my poi arrived to me in Australia less than a week later (on a sunday morning). I love them the glow that comes out of them is amazing i intend to take them to the parties that i have coming up. "I am a professioanl Modern Dance Choreographer. In my latest dance piece I used the Ultra Poi with seven dancers who have had little to no experience with poi. The fluttering sound of the poi adds a really cool effect to the dance piece. My dancers find them easy to use with the exception of the tangle factor which decreases with each rehearsal. "These glowing LED balls are just what every spinner needs. They look even better than I had hoped and are very bright. UNFORTUNATELY due to my idiocy i broke one. (i took it off the chain and but it on shoe strings b/c chains are considered weapons and they won't let you bring them into some clubs blah blah) we were spinning them and one came flying right off! we spun them so hard the laces cut right through the plastic! If you stick with thick chain link this weill never give you a problem."
