Its very easy to trap ourselves within this physical plain. To feel powerless, small and insignificant.
Worrying about whats going on around us, being judged, stressing over the small stuff, fixating on things that have already happened or that cant be changed. Attaching to these emotions can leave us feeling trapped. A powerful emotion which can amplify our anxieties, leaving us feeling frustrated and angry. We often search externally for our captor but little do we realise that we are within a cage of our own creating.
Sometimes, all we need to do is to take a step back and have a look at the bigger picture. When we do this we realise that we are not simply pawns in a game of chess called life, we are the creators of the game itself, the architects of our own reality. What we choose to focus on and allow into our minds moment to moment, actively shapes what we experience. We have more power and control than we think, use yours wisely!
Move over matter.
