Hi, I'm brand new to Hula Hooping, and still learning to keep my hoop "up" !!
I have just purchased my first LED Hula Hoop from HoP and am loving it !! ...
I'm 46 years old .. which proves your never too old to learn something new !! Just wondering if there are any hoppers near me in Lingfield UK that would like to meet up and teach me their moves, id love to learn tricks and how to dance with my Hoop, plus learn to use smaller Hoops with my hands whilst waist hooping etc.
Anyway, I'm so pleased I got up the courage to try hooping as every day I'm progressing a little bit more, which is helping me to loose weight, also the Videos posted on here are fantastic for learning the art of Hooping, so thank you to everyone who took the time to post the Videos.
