Hi there,
My name is Anna. I live in Surrey in the U.K.
I'm an aerial sports instructor and meditation & Mindfulness instructor. Bit of an odd mix, I know!
I am desperate to start learning Buugen/s-staff so I have a couple of questions and I would be hugely grateful for your help.
I notice there are a few tutorials to get you started on here which is fab! Is there anywhere else I can go (face to face) or online resources to help me learn?
Also I would love any recommendations about the best 'beginner buugens' to get?
