Hi everybody. I've been an poier for a long time, but I've been a little shut off lately, more or less doing my thing/nothing the last couple of years. Recently I got some sort of poi rebirth, I joined HOP and have been binge-watching "new content" for the last couple of days. Allrightythen, down to business! I came upon this seemingly simple trick that I just can't get my head around. Help me out please! What is it and how do I do it? Is there any tutorial or breakdown of it that you know of?

I dont want to be called 'the greatest' or 'one of the greats'; let other guys claim to be the best. I just want to be known as a clown, to me thats the height of my profession. It means you can do everything-sing, dance, and above all, make people laugh

Well it's not my trick, that's the thing. I was hoping someone would know what it was and/or have a good way of breaking it down so that it would be easier to swallow.
