Can you identify the move at 49 seconds and tell me how to do it its been frustrating me for 3 weeks now. there are also some others im confused about but ill talk about them later if necessary
Also while im at it, how do you do these isolations? Im not sure about the entry or staying in it. Its at 1:34

First one are wall plane isolations (isolations spun in front of you)
Second one is an isolated 3 beat weave.
Do a 3 beat, then Isolate it. Thats the only way to describe it really.

Dude, the 1st one looks like an isolated lockout - front plane like a butterfly only both poi in same direction.
The 2nd one. Im actually trying to do those right now aand its hard
try learning to isolate a simple side plane split time spin and also a crossed arms spin. Keep in mind to change hands there - train L up R down and also R up L down. Eventually you should make it..
I got it through an half inverted weave but that is yet a completely different and probably much harder move..
