Thanks for the welcome! The name Callen Fuchs sounds really familiar... I know I went to high school with someone with that last name but I'm not sure I actually know him.
As for the green tea ice cream, there is a sushi restaurant not far from where I live that does a tempura fried version of it that is to die for! The also have a ginger ice cream which is nearly, equally delicious.
