oooh lucky you have you watched your dvd yet? will you tell me what you think? cos i showed my friends back home my scales dvd but it was a bit tricksey for begginers.

i havent watched it yet, but i've been out in the sunshine having a go with the poi and i LOVE it!!!! so pretty!!

I've been having a go with my poi for a while outside tonight, and i've already whacked myself in the face and the knee... ive got a lovely bruise on my knee and one on the palm of my hand ha ha ha

The bruses are just all part of the fun, I want to get myself some rainbow poi, but my ones match my pink falls really nice.

im not sure but it really really hurts!!!!!
Its so much fun but I was getting frustrated cos I cant get the hang of the butterfly ha ha ha i think more practice today is in order, maybe when my boyfriend is at band practice tonight....

oh i've watched the dvd and its really good she really explains the moves well, and although i cant even get the hang of the butterfly, i managed one half of the three beat wave ha ha... she shows you how to do it one hand at a time, before putting both together

but yeah, the dvd is excellent
