Hey peeps... Wehey... My first forum... The love of Poi made me do it!! Just finished doin loadsa Poi at Manchester's Gay Pride, and it rocked... had loadsa people asking me where I learnt... Trouble is... Now in poi comfort zone... wanna learn more... So... Hello and Help!

re chatting - I think the general idea is that intros are for introducing yourself (
) but the mods and admin would prefer if if you kept your chattiness to this forum and social chat. Rather than cluttering up other forums and, thusly, making it difficult for for people to find info in any given thread when they want it *cough** manchester spinners*cough*

Never really got into Dark Angel, being a Buffy fan I immediately pegged it as a Buffy clone and had a thing against it.... I could be wrong but have no inclination to find out.

I've been stuck in the house all day due to being a tad run down with the dreaded lurgie (and I don't mean you Cantus)
tried to get some work done for Monster Monster but my germ raddled brain refused to connect to the muse (out of coverage perhaps) and the germs infected my computer disabling me from the net, watched a few eps of Buffy now logged on using my absentee dad's computer...
I'm tired, not physically... sooo tired...

Right, it's before 9 o'clock french time, I have a plane to catch in 10 hours and 25 minutes, I have lots to do, (sign over my id card, food card, coffee card; meet the hall secretary for her/him to say ok you can move out; pay her/him for my stay (which could be problematic, as I've only got a cheque from my company) go to the bus station on the tram, pay for my bus journey, hope like hell I don't miss my bus, get off the bus in Lyon (over an hour away) run to the airport, etc. etc. etc.) and I'm bloody nervous. I am, after all, the guy who wound up at the wrong airport while going on holiday.
But woof. I've almost finished the part of the project I was working on, which is always cool! I have a meeting in under an hour, and then it's operation "Oh crap I don't have enough time". And then I get to go home to the arms of my guy. 2 bloody months! It's a long time, I'll tell you that.
Right, back to work.

Never went on my mish, had all the intensions of it though but....meh. Buffy was so cool, didnt much like the final series, anya was my fav charecter, so very very funny, and at times a bad ass vengence demon.

After half heartedly legging it to Picadilly and getting mugged (which I found more funny because the mugger mugged with all the agression of a fumbling shag and only made off with my 8quid necklace)
My friend and I spent 3 hours waiting for the first whilst I occupied msyelf by singing the entire score of 'Once More with Feeling' throughout Picadilly (Great accoustics).
At one point the travelators had started up and in my delerium went up and down them lying on my back whilst serenading the conductors who instead of telling to get up steps right over me and carried on walking.

well a costume is not compulsory, just bring poi gear if you want.
Sorta being on the staff (did the flyers) it's kinda mandatory.
