Hey out there in Home of Poi land...



Are there any weekly/monthly spin jams in or near Austin, TX?



I just moved here from San Francisco two weeks ago and am hoping to find new fire-y friends to play with biggrin



Any info much appreciated!

Hi there and welcome to TX!

You are in luck. There is an Austin-based fire spinners list. It is called pyrogenesis. You can find out how to sub to it via going to www.burningflipside.com and then looking for mailing lists on the left.

Austin has a great spinning community, although Arashi is the only regular HOPper at the moment. Adam Rice is also based there.

I know your post is dated last year but Im actually looking for people to in the Austin area have you managed to find I group? I haven't frown I use to live outside San Francisco back in 1999. Well if you know anything please let me know I would very much appreciate any help smile
