Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too.
Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.
Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing.

I'll see snow one day I'm sure...I've seen fake snow at the snowdome when we went snowboarding in milton keynes...does that count?

ever since someone pointed out the whole symetry thing to me, it really matters to me. not so much exactly, but i need my body to feel in balance i guess. like, i wear a bracelet on my right wrist, and that (in my mind) is counter balanced by an anklet on my left ankle. even the thought of getting the eyes of buddha (which i *really* like) tattood makes me feel unbalanced because of the way the nose curves
