Neither is better, we were talking the other day about 'Bi-spreadables', I think it was Flynt who brought it up.

A 'Bi-spreadable' person is someone who loves both Nutella and Marmite (like me!!).

I think the two can't really be compared as Marmite is a savory spread and Nutella is a sweet one they complement each other rather than competing.

They are, however, both exceedingly good and tasty!!

whats up with all the limitations?

Cass admitted in Paris that she only dislikes marmite because she mistook it for Nutella the first time she encountered it and spread it on her toast accordingly.

Anyone would dislike it if they had had a baptism of fire like that.

She says she's not even given it a second chance. Which is a tad unfair i think.

no, no, its all aboot the cream cheese and jelly/jam/preserves.

nutella marmite and vegimite have a taste reminiscent of a smelly uncared for anus, but thats just my opinion.

you can't have a war against terrorism because war IS terrorism.it's not about worshipping fire. its about making the fire want to worship you.

Marmite & nutella are special lotions that fire-proof skin, hair and clothing. You coat yourself in them and it is guaranteed that you will not set yourself alight. unfortunately you do tend to look like you have been dunked in sewage, but it makes for seriously great fire photos as you just appear as a silhouette. Most of the fire photos in the competition have been taking with the subject wearing a coating of marmite or nutella.

The only things that you have to watch for is that if you are wearing nutella, people may try & lick you. If you are wearing marmite, Cass will come up & vomit on you.

It was a day for screaming at inanimate objects.

You all should try PROMITE, it kicks vegimite. Less salty.
But ultimately any dark spread (marmite, vegimite, promite, any others?) and peanut butter is da bomb imho.

And you don't burn as easy, watch out for elephants.

(personally im voting for PROMITE) Pro, that means GOOD right? `

Currently on the right side up of the world.

hmmmmm the choices....

If I was patriotic I would vote Vegimite, but it tastes rather like the stuff you pull out of your drain and I'm definately not patriotic so I'll pass.

Promite has good PR as Flynt said "Pro, that means GOOD right?" but I would disagree. I think the pro they were refering to is for the pro in 'Profligate' or the pro in 'Prolapse' or perhaps the pro was refering to the taste in which case they were refering to 'Proboscis'.

Marmite is just wrong I mean just consider the marketing!!!! Marmite is sounds to much like mans greatest enemy.... Termite!!!! Although apparently termites dont taste to bad and have quite a high protein value.

Nutella on the the other hand!!!! Those little nutella characters that are printed on the side of the nutella jars are SO COOL!!!! These guys alone win my vote.

GO TEAM NUTELLA!!!!!!!

between master sodium and Muff_Daddy, we got all the. . .pelvic flavors/openings, good in their own moment but not. . . (* yech yech yech *)

vaperloc,

ok, this is your REAL intitation, vaperloc. Nutella, Marmite, and Vegemite are bread spreads invented and mainly produced in England today. Nutella i haven't tried, it's nut-based like peanut butter, right someone? Marmite is a dark tangy kinda salty yeast, like beef boullion triple-strength; Vegemite tastes close, and is also a yeasted-up veggie base recipe. wonder if anyone else remembers Vegemite was in the lyrics of a popular reggae song good while back now, maybe you heard it as an oldskool classic, says something like "make me a Vegemite sandwich"?

at HoP, there is an endless concern, led by our English family members, who dedicatedly evangelise them to others, and sing and compare their praises. these are peeps from the same culture which puts watercress (like parsely, almost less taste) or thin-sliced cucumber rounds in buttered sandwiches, then slice off the four brown edges of the sandwiches, cut the remainder diagonally into 4 teensy ones, and eat them, maybe with a pinkie up, during high tea at 11 AM, or in many other times of day, especially when wearing all white. course, sandwiches were invented by the Earl of Sandwich out there, for a convenient snack to take to battle, so they're entitled to make em whatever way they say is proper. . . till the rest of us get them and make them the way we think they deserve to rate.

like Tolkien elves bringing "cram" wafers to your life, if you're read Lord of the Rings, or barbecue sauce-servers around the ol' big-rib truck stops, you know, old son?

tell them howdy, try to find one of the tastes if you want to experiment, in an import market, they have been found in the US by some HoP members, and keep an OPEN tongue if you do. remember, some peeps eat these their whole lives and love them.

WELCOME to HoP again, dude!

yo to THE UNITED CHAINS OF FIRE, thanx for the toast bible!

". . . On the third day, God created Eggos. By his devine hand, handy little pockets were placed on the surface of the Eggos, so they hold syrup and other liquid condiments better, thus once again, enhancing their taste. On the fourth day, God took a break from toast in order to create a fornicating partner for that whiny Adam. On the fifth day, God created the final, most devine of toasted products to ever be created: Pop-tarts."

i can always dig Pop-tarts, and some props to God for Eggos, too. but He better look out about his "devine" hand, is it so divine we can read it with an "e" or is it deveined like a shrimp with its back popped open? like he got carpal tunnel syndrome, and we had to operate? poor God, all that pointing to create breakfast stuff just for you n me. . .

molten cheers,
