while merryly spining on the beach or in my garden, or where ever, im am often suddenly doubled up, rithing around on the floor clutching my balls.
this cant go on.
i am fairly worried about my fertilty now.
i know as i get beter it will happen less often, but i think im gonna get one oftheose cricketers box things to save my baby making machinery.
does anyone else experience this problem, and has anyone else solved it?

ouchy sounds painful! nope wrist burn is as exciting as i've had (well the fact i really have a phobia of wrists does not help!)

A phobia of wrists? Well I cant find the name for that but Chirophobia is a fear of hands.

yup I know i get comments all the time that i must be really special as nobody else they know has a phobia of wrists! but mind you it's only the part with the veins that i REALLY dislike!

I also tryed to find a fear of burns but no success but fear of fire is either Arsonphobia or Pyrophobia.

Well, when I say minging, thats cos when I show people thats the sort of thing they say, I think its what makes me good at pois!

Well i now have 2 male spinning friends and one wears protection all the time the other doesn't at all, well the moral of this story is the one that wears it is fine when he whacks himself and the other generally ends up on the floor crying like a girl! amusement for me but then i do have a warped sence of humor sometimes!
i agree its so much fun when they do that so your not alone, i don't need to wear one but know of a few who could do with some, and i also know others who could do with a full body guard

Full body guards are always needed on all men as they always moan about everything its like the man flu thing women catch exactly the same illness but NO of course it's just so much worse for men! that will never change!

I just try to remember to keep my legs together and hope for the best.
to be honest im doing it a lot less now than i was as i have learnt to tell when the poi are moving towards the joy department and move my hips quickly...
its like in my skateboarding...i go out, i come home bleeding or beuised, but its all part of the learning curve.
If hope can grow from dirt like me.....It can be done.

Heh, id never thought of that before. Ouch. Being a girl i dont have that problem. However the numerous piercings in my ears sometimes recieve a beating...which hurts a surprising amount!

If your really worried about ''ze ol jewls'' then do as i did when i had the re-occouring problem of giving them an occasional thwack. Used to wear my hockey goalie cup, if its good enough against half pound frozen pieces of vulcanised rubber flying towards your todger it should be more then ample protection lol.
Plus mynes got novilty factor.....

agreed lips ears and noses hurt alot more when hit if there is a metal element added in
