pretty awesome. I liked the contact staff and when someone did a awesome doubles cross helicopter over their head with aerotechs.

the morning after stuff was pretty cool to.

I didn't think it quite had the same flow as messy. I can't really put my finger on it. Maybe after I watched it a few times I can offer a bit more constructive criticism

So I've downloaded morning coffee twice now (both with amazingly fast transfer rates), but 1) it'll only play in Dvx video player (codec problem?) and 2) it won't go past 1 min 25 sec. =/ The second time I downloaded it, it showed that only 14.6 MB had been downloaded total. Could the file be fragmented on the server? Or has something gone wrong with my computer here. Ahhhh, help. Anyway, what I did see was rather nice. Did I see someone (most likely pk) doing some kind of btb waist wrap/windmill combo? Looked like btb waist wrap with one poi and windmill with the other...very nice.

shame to take music out as that is the sole stating point to creating the videos, every thing is cut and set out to fit in to the tunes. if i had the time i could have clipped out some of the language for you, but i catch a train in 9 hours and i need to sleep.

you can just insert a random song. I have noticed that fire twirling goes with almost any music style.

So......when are we gona get another one. Man, that sh@t's like a drug , you get a fix, it lasts five minutes, then you need some more.

The cuts wouldn't match up with another song.

Well it might but if it did it would be sheer luck or a good job picking a song.

Realy, we don't even bother with that stuff. We just throw it all together and see what happens. My editing software sucks though, so it is like a hit and miss sort of thing. I can't do any of that "matching it up" stuff quickly or efficiently. But then we usually don't have words in the music we use. I am thinking I will try to on my next one though. seriousely, you can just splice together a bunch of twirling clips, put music to it, and it will work. It may not be perfect, but that is in the eye of the beholder. The only person seeing the imperfections is the artist who made it. People will ooo and ahhh over how well the beat of the music matches the twirling, and we just keep quiet, because twirling allways matches the beat.

Well it's not so much about beat matching it's about matching clips to parts of the song.

If the song has a really fast and heavy riff you want fast and heavy spinning to match it. If the song has a really bouncy quirky part in it you want your quirky and silly footage for that part.

With the video I am makeing I am using carmina burana and I have clips of fire eatting and slower softer things for the slow beginning of the song. Then the song erupts with faster heavier more emotional music with a lot more instruments playing and at the moment the music erupts I have a clip of fire breathing.

I would like to do that kind of stuff, it will be difficult with the software I have. Difficult, but not imposible. I think I have it figured out, amost sort of, well, you'll see. I do like the way (morning coffee?) has that one scene repeated for the corus.
