My 9 year old daughter has been learning the art of Poi from a New Zealand teacher at her International School for the last 2 month. "I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the speed with which I received my order. I'm in the U.S. so I expected this to take some time. It was mailed out *the next day* and I think I got my box in about 4-5 days. I remember I actually said What's this? when I saw the box because I wasn't expecting the order yet and I couldn't think of anything else that was coming my way! Home of Poi's website is so well laid out and easy to order from... and they were very speedy in sending me a confirmation email after I paid for my order. I cannot recommend them enough. I fully intend to order from them again! Thanks so much...."

"At first I was asking why there was no next day air option. Turns out waiting one week isn't that bad after all. I ordered them on a Sunday viewed their progress on Monday which is when they shipped and got them the following Monday. This is from New Zealand to California so if anybody is in the Cali area it's one week. I was expecting the product would come in around mid week and they came in the first day. I was so excited and am right now. I need to hurry up and get out of this cubicle!!!!! arrrrg!!!"

"I had received an order about a month or so ago to include a couple of led poi balls that were faulty--beaten up during shipping most likely. I immediately let support know and Chris was all over it!! The same day two more led balls were sent out to me no hassle. He was extremely courteous and very prompt...someone who obviously cares about what he does. He even followed up to make sure I was happy about everything. I am very impressed and it is service like that and quality products that will keep me coming back to HOP...MWAHAHAHA...you will never be rid of me!! P.S. Too bad some of you fine and upstanding individuals there at HOP aren't sitting in the U.S. Congress...maybe then they'd get something done for once. Thanx again to Chris!"
