"These Nunchucks look and feel amazing, great to practice with. But I was more impressed with the teams dedication to customer satisfaction, as I sent them an email with a video showing the nunchucks locking when spun in a certain way, and they sent out a replacement with no hassle and I had it 4 days later and could keep practicing, didn't even have to ship the old one back to them."
