"These poi exceded my expectations!!!!! Very fast shipping only a week and 2 days (and one weekend was easter!!!) These monkey fist poi are awesome weights perfect for isolations and directions changes!!! The twisted oval link allows me to do air wraps hyperloops etc.. all with ease compared to ball chain ones. Before I have only used regular square ones and this upgrade was absolutley worth it!!!! Thankyou HomeofPoi!!!!!!"

To my surprise 7 days later it came to my door. They are wonderful great weight safe construction. Well constructed Impressive
"I've built my own poi before and I'll have to admit that I prefer this monkey fist knot to the cathedral. The poi are well balanced and I really love the chain selection. The weight distribution is nice and chain wraps can be easily done. The leather handles are nice on the fingers and the components seem solid. Overall I'm really impressed by these and would suggest them to anyone looking for a well-constructed set of fire poi."

"The quality of these things screams happily away at me I specifically didn't get the heaviest ones even though I'm like heavy poi and I'm still surprised at how heavy these things are! I actually order them longer than I should have but I really like the length. they are much hevier than the socks I was practicing with but it feels right some how. Great smell and a great light!
"I wanted something portable and more convenient than a lighter or matches for my poi and staffs this did the trick! The screw on lid makes it great to carry in your bag on the go it smells great and is the perfect shape to sit stable on the ground to light your fire toys (especially in cold weather when it takes much longer to get them going). I just tried it yesterday and it made my spinning experience much easier to get started and allowed all my focus to be on spinning. This is a must have item for a portable highly controlled ignition process for your burns. Great product!"

"Very nice set. feels sturdy and has a good weight to it. Although the hardware creaks a little which makes it sound cheap its really not. All components feel very sturdy especially the swivels. Make sure to tighten the quick links well I found myself with one undone while trying them out. Good reason to check your gear before every spin. I could do things with these poi that were harder to acomplish with my older set like upward stalls and isolations. The weight does wonders compared to a cheap crap set lol. Cannot rate on burning as I havent tried them yet. I assume it will be as great as everyone says."

"I think my title says it all. I LOVE these poi! they're a really good weight and hold fuel really well. In fact even after trying to spin teh fuel off 4 times the flames still startled me a bit (i haven't spun with monkey fist poi for years) and it was a really pleasant surprise. the chains feel really strong and the swivel has really pretty motion. the handles are comfy but do need to be broken in just a bit. i bought a pair of glow to switch out with the fire ends. to change them I need to loosen the carabiners and then retighten them after replacing the ends. the carabiners will unswivel if they're not extremely tight so i carry around a pair of pliers with me to tighten them in case I switch poi ends. otherwise they're perfect. all in all i'm really happy with this purchase."
