i just bought a set of v4 from a market stall and on returning home i've found one of them won't light up. it flashes briefly and nothing else happens. i've swapped batteries from the working one and the same thing happens. it's for a xmas present for my little sister and the markets don't return until the 4th of jan. is there a way i can fix this or shopuld i try and track down the vendor?
