Posted: Personally I reckon I'd put it up to the highest FPS you can shoot at, and with a pretty fast shutter so that the trails are as short as possible.
I prefer to see the smoothness and flow of the spinner, rather than the trails. Also it's nicer to be able to see what's actually happening
Assuming it's dark (since you said flowlights), I'd say put the iso up as high as you can go without things getting overly grainy, then adjust the shutter speed to suit. EDITED_BY: beaniebob (1375340814)
