Hi everyone, I've been spinning poi for about 5/6 years now and I've just been approached by a local fitness centre to consider running a poi class, so I'm terrified and dont know where to start!
On with (most of) the questions......

What is the wing speed of an unladen swallow? Fast
Toys: Angel wings, fire poi, glow poi and my old faithful socks.

Godzilla vs. a Star Wars Star Destroyer. Who wins? Why? Star destroyer because Godzilla has teeny arms
Favorie ice cream flavor(s): cookies and cream
Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella?* nutella, melted and poured over ice cream
