Greetings,
I am so happy to have found this forum. I have a LOT to learn!!!
I'm a brand new poi spinner. I've been wanting to try it for a while and finally ordered some glow poi. (I'm hoping that having a dance and flag twirling background will help with the learning curve)
I live in Tacoma Washington and do know a few people here who spin, but it's great to have a place to post questions and interact with others.
a bit about me... I'm solidly middle aged, an artist, athlete, urban farmer (including chickens, YAY chickens) and lover of the outdoors. I have a day job that supports all those interests.
I watched a short video online and then went out into the yard to play with my new toys. (as you can see, I have a long way to go before I'm ready to play with fire

Oh, I was told that the last question was "mandatory" to answer.
I am firmly in the Nutella camp.
