I was spinning in a group yesterday but suddenly we had to pack up because of the weather. My monkeyfists still have oil-based fuel in them because we didn't have time to burn it off. Anything horrible going to happen to my wicks for leaving the fuel in them?

Nothing bad will happen to your wicks. Just don't try and fly with them
I have heard of people that dip their wicks after every burn to stop the wicks from smoldering and degrading. Donno if it works... but I don't think fuel will be a problem unless it gets on other things like your bag or whatever.
