Hi,
I'm a 14 yr old poi newbie from the UK. Started off with socks with rolled up socks inside about two weeks ago. The next day I got my dad to order some ultra poi (which came yesterday!) and now I'm pretty much obsessed.
I can't really do much, just butterflies, 2 and 3 beat weaves, buzzsaws and a few basic turns.

cool, how long have you been spinning?
Music: Mainly rock, and i like some ska, electronic and other stuff...
Books: hmmm, mystery stuff, action, fantasy.
Food: if i could live on chocolate hobnobs, I would

I'm in year 10!!! And considered to be intelligent for some strange reason.I'm supposed to get all A*s in my GCSEs... :s
I doubt i'll pull it off though...

In fact I'm watching heroes right now - omg sylar just saved peter from mohinder from that pinehearst place!!!

Nope,its just hosted in their sports hall. Its free and open to everyone from 7-9pm on Tuesdays, plenty of nice friendly people, although not a huge number of poi spinners, lots of people who can spin poi (if that makes sense haha)
