If you had trained safeties around, with the right equipment, no chewing out necessary. Just stick to that , even when you have progressed, and stay safe. No chewing out needed,,,

I second the idea of small grain lead or other, granular weights with a little room for them to shift. Much less damage when you hit yourself compared to spinning blocks of concrete.Ot...
