I've experienced really cynical feedback in the few times that i have performed a forum upgrade. It seems that for the most change resistant users it's keeping the User Interface the same that trumps the value of new user convenience features.
This is a thank you thread for the hard work that gets put into ensuring that the active user base in this community grows a little more easily. Just making the zillions of admin adjustments post upgrade is tiring enough. yay hop team!

I'm with Pink on the change front though. As Garth once said "We fear change". But hey, like Pink said, give it a few weeks.
That being said, I want my oldskool grey back! This I_Love_Pink theme is lamely named, and makes me want to browse HoP with an anorak over the screen so nobody can see my secret shame.

I'm liking the whole change mood thing as well.
I've currently changed mine to props 'cos the rest don't really sound cool.
I demand that at least one mood is changed to "Gnarly", and another to... um... Kunquat
