Hey Everyone! Just joined the site. I started hooping earlier this month and I want to learn poi as well. I have both the hoopnotica and hoop girl instruction dvds. I also got the fire groove dvds for poi. I really can't wait to do it! I figure I will just go down the line:

Hey there, I am actually from Austin, and now living in London. My sister and mother are still in Austin, mom here in two weeks bringing the latest issue of the chronicle, you're better off in Texas. it's freezing over here!!!! The festivals are really great over here though and I have been going to Glastonbury for 14 years, which is where I picked up poi, staff and fire poi. my son is also into poi and staff, much beeter than me and well, I'm his mom. I was so surprised you are in Austin, | just had to reply!!! I would love to have someone to keep me up to date on Austin spinning activities so please keep in touch and if you ever cross the pond,give me a shout.
