My boyfriend and I are going to Galveston for a week towards the end of July! Is it legal to spin fire on a public beach? I want to really bad, but don't want to get a fine or in trouble. If you can answer, thanks!

Umm.. I think this is in the right section.. I just don't know what the laws are in Texas..
I reckon if people build fires, or barbeque there often, you're probably OK- maybe try not to pick a spot that's too visible though, as even if it's not actually illegal, it's often percieved to be.

Afraid I don't know about where you are. In Australia, it's illegal to have beach-fires in certain parts due to risk of bush-fire. Call the local fire-service and as them, they'll know the regulations. If you can't be bothered, just make sure you do it in a spot that's low on visibility, as FireTom said.

I fire spin on the beach all the time, infact we've started a regular meet at ainsdale beach when police come they just stop and watch us for a couple of mins and then go away they've never said anything against it and ive been doing it regularly for over 6 years
