Hello,
I've just signed up to the site after randomly bumping into a couple of firetwirlers/spinners (I'm not sure of the terminology) last night near the Gas Works in Manchester. A few of my friends and myself were just starting to head home after a parkour training session when we were summoned over by two girls who gave us an excellent demo of firetwirling and the diablo. If this was you, I can't remember your names but thanks for the demo and tutorial. I'll hopefully be coming along to one of the big meetings some time very soon to find out more about it all.

Thanks for the replies Here's a video I made as part of my parkour training. It's not parkour itself, but some of the strength training we do for it around UMIST and Castlefield. You should come along some time.

If you want to hok-up with them goto the Events section and look for Manchester meets
Also look for PLAY festival (although the dats arent right) I know that quite a few are going from Manchester

By the way, if anyone's interested in coming to one of our parkour sessions, they're every tuesday and thursday evening from 6pm and all day saturday from about 11am. We usually meet up near the Spar shop on Sackville Street near UMIST and then train at various locations around the city centre.
