Im tidy and organised like that and always keep threads on topic, so why cant you
this is duplication! definatley an antispun pattern - and its not new is it........ youve been doing that a while
now do it with two short staffs making antispun patterns either side........ go on, you know you can do it

Erm.. it's a new move, unless I was sleep staffing in Edinburgh.
After some thought It's probably Anti-spin linked chest and neck spins since I can do the In-spin version and it makes a pair then.
