I was complaining to Star about that very fact only today.

But also applauding you for being one of the few HoPpers that doesn't have a royal strop when faced with some good natured ribbing and/or teasing....

whine away.. it was more a question of WHY you were complaining about my weight! spank

thanks for hoop tips... its odd. i CAN isolate my chest. its the rolling isolation to move from belly up that just don't work.

i will admit to being bad at wearing a dress.. actually, no, i take that back. i was given a standing ovation for wearing a french maids dress, having an eastern european man wink stand on my shoulders, and both of us hoop at the same time... i will, of course, admit that garthy in a dress is much, MUCH more hot than I ubblove ubblol

thanks for welcoming me to this big scary unfreindly( ubblol ) place holly: i have only read 'the eyre affair' and 'something rotten' but both instantly became among my favourite books: something rotten is even better, i think... but not sequential( ubbcrying ) so now i have to confuse myself by going back and reading the middle bit... although considering the confusion allowed to literature in the books i don;'t think Mr. Fforde would mind ubblol

i will, indeed be home soon miss Purple...
biggrin
can't think why i coud be looking forward to it tho.. cold, damp, cold, hard work, cold, expensive, cold, etcetc. nope. definitely no reasons at all i can think of ubblol

ubblol

biggrin

No, no, no! Please try to pay attention. I was complaining about you being thin and much less easy to needle about your tubbiness. Although I may now have to start picking on you for your inability to read fraggle words properly tongue

How can you read the Jasper Fforde books out of sequence? eek I order you to go and read Lost in a Good Book right now!!

I personally have never heard of Jasper Fforde and most certainly don't have all 4 books from that series. Nor did i give Miss FurryPurple a copy of the Eyre Affair for her birfday last year....

And i don't know that Alice met him a few months ago at a book signing in Sheffield either....

Ok for the wiggling up from the waist to chest imagine you have an uncomfortable bubble of air that you are trying to wiggle up from your intestines to your chest so you can burp it out.

Not a very pretty mental image.... sorry.

i like both. biggrin except the old one has a different name, and is much more wonkabased. Gene Wilder has better eyes, but Johnny Depp has a better voice. do you think a digitally remastered mix could be made?

oh do shut up, Candybar, and let me get on with misunderstanding you in new and innovative ways, appropriate for funding, perhaps? i promise to go and buy LIAGB as soon as i see it, which i imagine will be in the airport at heathrow... i would go and buy it with my WHsmith gift card kindly given to me by my grandparents, but, unfortunately, it disappeared into a festival after being used as a drug-removal prop in my favourite show of recent months: Detective D and the Case of the Dubious Transporter
ubblol

i like your jib too, mr bendy. also your tack, your port, and possibly your starboard. it will be fun talking to you when neither of the following is happening:
a) you are recovering form cross-planet abuse
b) you are recovering from self abuse

and miss purple(ha! violet! have you ever tried turning into a blaeberry? i think it makes you really good at acro when you get de-juiced...) i think i just might. can i do so in tandem? not wanting calmness, y'see ubblol biggrin

love, hugs, etc
