hey, its really difficult trying to tell people how to poi, most of the things i learnt were moves i picked up by accident. at one point i felt like i'd learnt the basics and then everything else seemed impossible.i nearly lost interest until one day i stood and just waved my poi around randomly for a laugh and i discovered lots of new moves. i think the less you think about it the easier it is. hope thats not useless advise.....b x
