I am andy from sheffield, some of you may know me, most of you will not, I learnt to juggle a few years back and then started going to sheffield's flying teapots juggling society and the occasional poi in the park up there a year ago, and i haven't really stopped spinning since! matt up in sheffield (solace), and onewheeldave, lolli, tim, byron, si and most of all my buddy joe have all been inspiring and fun over the last year!
I've used Hop for a long time as a resource for inspiration and explanation, although only really looking at people's videos, I struggle very much to understand the massive in depth arguments you guys seem to have about the terminology and symetry and the like- don't forget to have fun!!!!!
Also I don't want anyone calling me a hopper!!! I've joined to share a few cool videos i have, and hope to meet some of the cool people that showed me idiculous tricks at the poi in the park birthday in october!

thankyou all for the community happiness, already i wished i'd posted earlier!
semi-new i like! didn't realise i was registered until just recently when i tried to register and it said someone had already used this e-mail!!!
04/09/04? didn't think i'd even gone to a circus workshop then, let alone heard of hop, how time flies when you're swinging poi!
ps. the non-hopper thing is just i don't like the word not the fact that i'm using hop!
