Saw a weird thing on tv yesterday.
I can't find anything out about it on bbc news but i think a new zealander in the british army refused to go to war in iraq on the grounds that it was in breach of international law and therefore so were his orders.
He faces going to prison and so is taking on the british government and military to court
What an absolute legend. Anyone know anything about this? I'd like to know what the view is from over there.
Also i'd love to shake him by the hand for standing up for what he believes in.
Makes me quite proud to be over here, something i have never felt in the uk.
