Woo hoo! (with a hint of Eeeeeeeeeeek) biggrin

Just booked our round the world tickets!

Argh - quite scary!

So thought I'd better set about getting all my contacts lined up and see if anyone's going to be anywhere near us at any stage.

Our (vague) plans are as follows:

London - Goa (9th November)

Make our way North into Rajasthan and the foothills, leaving from...

Delhi - Bangkok (16th December)

Explore Thailand, Cambodia etc, making our way eventually down to...

Singapore - Bali (10th February)

Spend a bit of time in Indonesia before flying from...

Bali - Perth (3rd March)

Explore a bit of the West Coast before...

Perth - Adelaide (31st March)

Set up home somewhere for 3 months, working and getting more funds together

Sydney - Christchurch (21st July)

Freeze our nips off and look at pretty mountains, before going from

Auckland - Buenos Aires (28th June)

Overland over to Santiago, making our way up to...

Lima - New York City (19th August)

NYC - London (23rd August)

Large portions of niceness biggrin

Anyone fancy meeting up for a beer somewhere then? wink

**Edited with new dates and location smile **

While packing for my travels, I noticed that by volume, I was taking more toys than clothing.

Good thing I got my priorities right huh? wink

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

You can buy knickers here.... If you buy a few pair between you then you can just swap clothes like Ben and Lex do.

Pah...

Lex stocks up on Strongbow to celebrate any day that ends in a "y" wink

She's going to have to carry it all to Perth though, as we hit Adelaide the day she leaves. So she's going to have to come all the way to the west coast to see us biggrin

Won't you Scag-fiend? wink hug

*dances in doing special "Waltzing Matilda" dance*

G'day possums!

First off - Uber hugs to Gnor, who is quite simply the most awesomest host in the world ever!

Currently in *looks out window* er... Denmark! Off to Albany in a few minutes then turning round and going back up to Busselton for SpunOut.

No-one told us how beautiful this West coast would be! Jaw-droppingly stunning!

Following on from the chocolate factory, we just went shopping at the Toffee factory... Yum!

So yes, so far we've paddled with a dolphin, nearly stepped on a snake, been woken up by kookaburra's at 4 in the morning, cooked on campfires in the middle of a karri forest and climbed lots of rocks.
Still haven't seen any drop bears, but did see our first wild roos today biggrin

What fun!!

Missing you all and more hugs to Gnor for being amasing!
hug

Ah-ha, another HoPper and Wombat combination!

Gnor + Wombat

We're now in Adelaide with Benny-boy and have met lots more HoPpers who are all awesome.

Sorry if I didn't mingle much under the bridge though - got a little shy with lots (and lots!) of people and loud music... We'll be back!
