clothes pegs that lock, i can just imiagine all the kids coming in saying "mum the pegs wont let me put it out honest".....

now that is a clever idea smile But, what would really be helpful is if they made clothespins that had some way of not coming off - no mater what the weather was - until you took them off. The wind loves to blow them off of my line more than the sky loves to rain on them.

what happens if the clothes are already on the line and its about to rain....surely if the peg locks you wont be able to get them off.......(yes i know it sounds like a silly question!) biggrin

Unfortunately the system has no way of protecting clothes from the rain once they are hung. Equally they will not lock to prevent the clothes being removed in the event of a downpour.
