Yup. then you get uni. Then you get to leave your cushy little student lives and get thrown out into the real world of full time work, paying tax, and other annoying stuff.

But don't worry. you guys have about 5 years to go. Unless you take a year out to travel etc. Then you get 6...

God I feel old now.

Saying that.. I'm at work now. What have I done so far today? surf HOP.

Oh yeah and I guess i should get back on topic. Congrats to all you younglings out there. The best is yet to come biggrin

Could somebody stop the room please... I'd like to get off

at college?
If you failed maths (im guessing you have), then your college should provide you with a 6 week course at the beginning of next term, and you can resit the GCSE...providing you got into college.
Seeing as E is national average, D's arn't so bad.
You could do an apprentaship(sp?) in childcare. 4 days a week working, and 1 day in college.

im gonna see if im able to do all three of my core subs again, cause there all really crap and not at all gud, parents were expectin me to get like b's and a's and they put alot of pressure on me

any pressure outside of school jst makes you too nervous

phone your college and find out if youve got in - quite often if you ask nicely they will bend the rules for you

Don't wory about it. I got very similar results when i was at school. I even got an F for art - my chosen and current career - it's not the end of the world. I just went to college for a year and upgraded a few of them (namely Maths, biology and, of course, Art)

Simple really. Plus in a few years you'll be looking at HoP and reading a thread about GCSE results and wonderig why all these kids are making such a fuss about them....

ubbrollsmile hug
