Posted: Hi just a quick question ....
havent been doing poi long but recently been trying to get some good photos (like the one's on this site) but don't seem able to get any trails from the glow or fire poi.
i'm guessing it's to do with the shutter speed being too fast as i just end up with short lines rather then trails or circles. i have a digital camera that i cant seem to adjust.
can anyone offer any tips is it even possible with a digital camera or do i need to go shoping?
ta.

It should be possible with a digital camera, although on most you can't change the shutter time but you can do things like turn the flash off and set the ISO to be a low number so the camera increases exposure time to compensate.
