I could not really help you out BUT there is a member of HOP lcated in Taiwan called wanderinglinton ... try and email / PM him and ask him he might know. he ahs not been around for ages, but I hope his email is still valid ?
He is a wonderful soul, so you might also want to meet up and play with him
