Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too. Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.
Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing.

My attempts at fighting off my cold failed miserably in the end. I have had to take Tuesday and today off work to recover. I'll probably have to take tomorrow off too
At least it waited till the festy was over to hit properly

...despite rumour It was an awesome fest, and I'm well looking forward to Play even more now! Also: Don't leave people alone with me (let alone youngsters) unless you want them to be corrupted...you of all people should know that by now

Slept for pretty much 80% of the last three days...feeling a lot better but not as bouncy as I was hoping, oh well,I'll just have to take it easy this weekend too

7th july hmmm *flips through calendar* don't know if I have a gig or not will have to check also I'm very poor right about now owing simon £200 for the festival (not too expensive. BTW I have put up some of the pictures I have been sent of southernlights

meh...I'm now working from 8 in the morning instead of 9...*yawn* I don't care what they say, that hour does make a difference!
But otherwise good. Really REALLy looking forward to Play now...I flipped over my calender page and I am now on the same page as where I have marked Play off and booked lots of holiday for. Southern Lights really wet my festy appetite.:D Then the weekend after play is Pride, then my mom comes to visit!!! I'm all giddy and stuff...and it's not for 4 weeks yet! well let me know nearer the time and we can arrange transport and stuff I have wednesday to tuesday off work so thought and early sojourn up on wednesday morning to Play? if you can get to mine on the tuesday night? I've booked the Weds-Monday off, then back to work for tue-thur and then off again fri-tues, then the rest of the week is half days So yeah, we can come down on the Tuesday after work, that should be fine, I've got the time booked off and baby Lee is unfortunately going to be ill and so will not be able to go to work
I wanted to ask you if you are taking your camping stove? If you are I was wondering if we could use it too, and go halves on stove gas or something *bats eyelashes*. not cooking no I know where the local shops are I was gonna live on dried meat and fluids
